But how pathetic is it for a USAG to be arguing over whether the political party that opposes her boss can define something? For starters, her job is the law, not politics.

I have no doubt she has a pardon in hand, but a pardon can't restore he license to practice law, and the DOJ has no power over the Bar Association. I guess she is just collecting money for retirement at this point.

Yeah, yeah we can. A fascist "supports a dictatorial leader, centralized autocracy, militarism, forcible suppression of the opposition and a subordination of individual interests for the perceived interest of the nation or race", among other things.
