The Boston Licensing Board decides tomorrow whether to let Safar Salon, 235 Newbury St. in the Back Bay, buy Todd English's beer-and-wine license for his now defunct Fig's in Charlestown so it can begin offering complimentary beer and champagne to its customers as they get their hair done - possibly even as their husbands or boyfriends are getting fitted for a suit across the street at Suitsupply, which offers free beer to its customers.
