Trump's Piggy is a consequence of the #disinhibition that accompanies his cognitive impairment (aka #dementia). The media's deafening silence about #CatherineLucey being the recip ient of his outrageous, puerile, and misogynistic name calling is a profound ethical impairment.

@CindyWeinstein Sometimes a person with dementia can lose their inhibitions and may behave in ways that others find embarrassing. This can include:
being rude
saying things that aren’t appropriate (for example, that someone is overweight)
talking to strangers
undressing in public
apparent loss of sexual inhibition (for example, touching themselves inappropriately in public).
@bhasic @CindyWeinstein My grandmother dealt with dementia for around the last five or so years of her life. More than once, at family gatherings, she would greet me by asking, in a pretty loud voice, how much do you weigh? Even though I knew that wasn’t coming from the same grandma I knew and loved growing up, it still hurt. Alzheimer’s/dementia has been documented in the last three generations of my mother’s family, including my mother. I live in abject fear that it will come for me, more so now that, at 61 years old, I’m beginning to observe holes in my short term memory. I’ve got an appointment with my GP to talk about it. I’m thinking some cognitive testing might not be a bad idea.

@CindyWeinstein I think it's more than that. It's possible to explain it by looking at his past behaviour and his fear of being exposed as an abuser. No need to give him any medical "cover" or "out" here. IMO.
I believe this is a both/and situation.

Every member of the media on that aircraft at the time *should* have turned around and ignored Trump for the rest of the trip. They, each and every one of them, enable his behaviour.
