Funny story about this chandelier… A number of years ago, it fell out of the ceiling because the electrician who installed it hadn't tightened it sufficiently so it gradually loosened over time.
It survived the fall almost entirely unscathed, but two crystals were broken.
I had always intended to try to replace them, but I procrastinated because I thought it would be too difficult / expensive.

I also wanted to replace the calendar shafts since they've darkened and cracked over the years from the bulb heat.
I finally decided to do it after this recent cleaning, so I attempted to contact the manufacturer, Schonbek, directly to find out about replacements. They ignored multiple messages from me. *sigh*

I then looked up dealers on their website and found that https://www.neenaslighting.com/ is one of them, so I emailed Neena's.
They got back to me quickly and sent me a quote to replace the broken crystals and candle shafts: $26.65 including shipping.
smdh I should have done this years ago.
