Playing this little oddity today. I was excited to pick it up #thrifting because I recognized the name "Hugo Montengro" and because I'm a sucker for the red/black/cream poster aesthetic.

But after I got it home, I noticed (what Google translate says are) the Chinese characters. I seemed to find this on Discogs (https://www.discogs.com/release/4397979-Hugo-Montenegro-And-His-Orchestra-Music-From-The-GoodBad-And-The-Ugly-A-Fistful-Of-Dollars-For-A-Few).

Does anyone know anything about "Hua Sheng" as a label? Was this some kind of import? Or bootleg?

The cover to a Hua Sheng produced copy of a vinyl LP record. It features a scrawled, charcoal-like image of the back of a cowboy. It says, "Hugo Montenegro and his Orchestra". The next line reads, "Music from 'The Good, The Bad and the Ugly"
