Continuing the cleaning/playing…. This is 1985’s Wild Child from The Untouchables, on Stiff Records. Self proclaimed as ‘America’s first ska band’. They called themselves ‘mods who played ska’. This LP arrived a little too late to have any real impact on the UK mod revival scene. Good album though.

@revivalrecords These guys played at my high school in Southern California the following year - I helped develop some b&w photos of skankin' guitarist/singer Clyde Grimes for our school paper.
